تأسست شركة بطاقة العناية عام 2008 ومنذ ذلك الوقت قامت الشركة بإدارة النفقات الصحية لمجموعة من اهم المؤسسات العامة و الشركات الخاصة و قد تطورت خلال سنوات قليلة لتصبح إحدى اهم شركات التأمين الصحي في سوريا و ذلك بالأعتماد على تطوير شبكة واسعة و مميزة و مؤهلة من أهم مقدمي الخدمات الصحية في سوريا تقوم بتقديم الخدمات الأفضل لزبائن شركات التأمين و ضمن المعايير العالمية و تأمين و تطوير شبكة من مقدمي الخدمات الصحية في البلدان المجاورة ( لبنان – الأردن) كما عملت الشركة على إقامة أفضل العلاقات مع مقدمي الخدمات الصحية من خلال إجراء زيارات دورية معهم للعمل معأ على تقديم الخدمة المميزة للمريض و إصدار الموافقات اللازمة للقبول ضمن المشافي ضمن المعايير العالمية و دونما إبطاء مع التأكيد على الإلتزام بخطة التغطية المقدمة من شركة التأمين بالأضافة الى متابعة الحالة داخل المشفى من قبل طبيب مندوب يتابع التطورات مع أطباء المشفى لتأمين الخدمة على مدار الساعة دون تأخير و تستخدم الشركة نظام تأميني تم تطويره منذ عام 1990 قادر على إدارة التأمين الطبي و المطالبات الطبية و كل ذلك وفقأ للمعايير العالمية حيث تعتمد الشركة النموذج الأمريكي للتأمين الصحي مع فريق عمل محترف يشمل أطباء و صيادلة متخصصين بقواعد التأمين الصحي

In addition, the company uses an insurance system developed since 1990 capable of managing medical insurance and medical claims according to the international standards. The company adopts the American model of health insurance with a professional team includes doctors and pharmacists specialized in health insurance rules.
